Imagery and symbolism

An angel with red wings stands with one foot in the water and one on land, pouring water from one cup into another. A triangle within a square is drawn on the angel's chest, yellow irises bloom nearby, and a path winds toward a glowing light beyond the mountains. Water and land, and the two cups, stand for blending different things to find the right proportion. Traditionally Temperance represents the middle way that avoids extremes, the patience to adjust without rushing, and a calm, restorative flow.

Upright

My dayToday is a good day to balance work and rest. Doing everything in moderation and at your own pace makes for an easy day.
WorkYou can blend different opinions into a good answer right now. Taking on the role of coordinator keeps the team running smoothly.
Relationships & loveThe process of adjusting to each other's differences flows naturally now. Giving a little on both sides creates a comfortable rhythm of your own.
What is on my mindLook for a middle ground rather than an extreme conclusion. Instead of "all or nothing," "a little at a time" is the solution that lasts.

Reversed

My dayIt is easy to tip to one side today. Check whether you are doing too much or too little of something.
WorkPushing the pace may have thrown off your balance. Adding breathing room between tasks actually improves efficiency.
Relationships & loveIf it feels like only one person is doing the adjusting, it is time to rebalance. Share honestly what each of you wants.
What is on my mindAre you trying to solve everything at once out of impatience? Breaking it into small steps brings calm back.
